What is a talk or workshop with Aura?
The talks and workshops are group sessions, either online or in person, where you'll learn specific tools to improve your emotional well-being. Unlike individual therapy, these sessions are designed for sharing, learning in community, and gaining resources you can apply from day one.
You don't need any prior experience or to be in treatment. Just a desire to get to know yourself better.
